Policies


*Changes to scheduled services: Please be mindful that your appointment is booked for a set amount of time, based on the services that you scheduled. Any change to your desired services should be communicated with ample notice prior to the day of your appointment. Please call or email us if you'd like to make a change or are considering something other than the services you are booked for. 


*Notice for cancellations is required. We understand the unexpected can happen, but not showing up or canceling on short notice is subject to a charge of 100% of scheduled services. If you need to cancel on short notice and the salon is closed please email peacockbeautystudio@yahoo.com. Late arrivals may result in your service not being able to be performed.


*Cash is Queen! Pay for your service in cash and receive a free gift! (While supplies last.) 


*Gratuities: Never expected but deeply appreciated. Yep, Cash is Queen, although most stylists are able to accept other methods like Venmo. Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards or gift cards. Stylists & assistants do not pool tips, and gratuities for the assistants is greatly appreciated as well.


*Gift cards and gift certificates must be presented day of service.


*No refunds given for services rendered. If a guest desires an adjustment, notice 1 week from date of service is required. Adjustments to achieve the initial desired results are free of charge.


*Please be respectful of our shared space. Children not receiving a service should remain at home when possible. Be mindful of your cell phone volume.
